Tony's Tips for Smooth "Sale-ing" Most of our dealers are familiar with our Sales Manager, Tony Patronite, and our Traffic Manager, Joy Millray. What many may not realize is how hard they and the rest of our professional staff work to make sure not only that you get what you want when you want it, but also that you get it efficiently and economically. Because meeting our customers needs is our daily business, Tony collected a few easy tips that help us help our customers: Give yourself enough lead time: We do our best to process "RUSH" requests, it is often simply not possible to accomodate them. Order as early as possible. Have the order ready when you call: Verifying part numbers and quantities before uou call saves time and helps you ensure you order everything you need. Maximize shipping costs by anticipating stock:With a little planning, you can group two small orders into a larger one. Not only will this save you shipping and COD charges, but may also add up to larger quantity discounts. (See item, left re: UPS hundred weight rates. Submit address changes in writing: Errors as a result of miscommunications are costly - not only in dollars, but lost time also.
