If you, our OEMs and dealers, have ever called us, about anything, you have probably spoken to our Traffic Manager, Joy Millray. Not only can she help you with product information and sales, she will also do everything possible to make sure you receive your order economically and efficiently. Some of Joy's Helpful Hints:
- Discounts: Azusa has a generous discount program. Remember to take advantage of it. If you need 8 pieces, order 10. The additional discount will nearly pay for the last two.
- Shipping Rates: I am always ready to help you save on shipping costs. We have great truck line rates throughout the US & Canada. Also, even if we normally bill your UPS account, our rate may be lower if we bill you direct, especially on hundred weight shipments.
- Email Shipment Notices: UPS offers free email notification with your shipment's tracking numbers, ETA and COD amounts. Just keep me us advised of your current email address and I will do the rest.
- Retail Referrals: We do not sell retail, but want to be a part of our dealers' success. Let us know if you want retail referrals, your hours, any special services you offer and your web site address, if applicable.
- Catalogs: Catalogs are a great tool for encouraging repeat sales, be it walk-in customers or drip ships. Call and ask us about catalogs for your distribution.

New List Price Sheet
Our latest list price sheet is mailed with the printed version of this Azusagram to all Azusa dealers and OEMs. Azusa Customers: please discard your existing price sheet and replace it with the one dated 12-1-05. If you have not received your copy, please contact us. Despite a fluctuating raw materials market and a lurching economy, we are doing all that is necessary to maintain competitive pricing. Less than five percent of our prices have changed since our last update a year ago and some of those changes have decreased. |
